Announcement of Darmoshark after-sales service policy for the new "Consumer Law"
In order to comprehensively improve the quality of after-sales service and user experience, since March 15, 2014, Darmoshark users can follow the newly revised "Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (Amendment)" (hereinafter referred to as the new "Consumer Law") To enjoy the corresponding rights according to the regulations, Darmoshark technical support makes the following changes to the existing after-sales service process:
Make an appointment for warranty (trial operation will start on March 15 and full implementation will start on April 1)
If you need to guarantee the quality of Darmoshark products, please contact the official customer service hotline: 4008-860-368 to make an appointment. The customer service will let users enjoy the warranty service in the most convenient way according to the quality assurance product and user information;
Except for the seven-day unreasonable return rule and the seven-day quality problem rule, the dealer or retailer will no longer accept the warranty for the end user.
Bear the necessary logistics costs due to quality assurance (implemented on March 15)
According to the new "Consumer Law", Darmoshark will bear the necessary logistics costs due to the warranty. The warranty products only include the authentic and licensed products sold by Darmoshark in mainland China, and the products that should be sold in other countries and regions (commonly known as "parallel imports) and counterfeit products. Products obtained from other illegal channels are not covered by the warranty;
The user contacts the official Darmoshark customer service hotline to make a warranty appointment, and the customer service will designate the logistics and transportation warranty products (only for different geological insurance); if there is a Darmoshark after-sales service station in the city where the user is located, please send it for repair by yourself.

No reason to return within seven days
For Darmoshark hardware peripheral products purchased through online shopping, users have the right to return the products within seven days from the date of receipt;
Darmoshark hardware peripheral products within the seven-day unreasonable return range do not include: customized products and other products that contain gift packages or valuable data;
If the user needs to enjoy the seven-day unreasonable return service, he must provide online transaction records and return records as proof;
The shipping cost incurred for returning the goods without reason within seven days shall be borne by the user.
